I had an amazing experience at Dough Zone thanks to Don Dang! From the moment we sat down, Don was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations from the menu. He was quick to check in without being intrusive, and his warm energy made the whole meal more enjoyable. The food itself was outstanding — the soup dumplings were perfectly steamed with rich, flavorful broth, and every dish came out fresh and hot. You could tell a lot of care went into the preparation. Between Don’s excellent service and the delicious food, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. If you’re heading to Dough Zone, ask for Don — he’ll take great care of you!

Everything was amazing and the food was delicious and exactly my kind of food. The restaurant was clean, the staff were incredibly sweet and attentive always making sure we were taken care of. I had such a great experience and will definitely be back again 👏

A friend of mine had been here twice and kept telling me I needed to try it, so I finally did. The restaurant is new, clean, and really nice. We ordered the chicken soup dumplings, broccoli, pork & shrimp potstickers, and the banana crepe. Everything was good! The banana crepe took a while to come out, but honestly my friend and I were too busy talking and having fun to care, so it wasn’t a big deal at all (and that’s also why we forgot to take pictures 😭). The staff were really attentive and checked on us throughout the meal, but not so much that it felt disruptive. Shoutout to the brown-haired girl who was taking care of our table she was super sweet and made us feel very welcome!!! sorry I forgot your name). Overall, I had a great first experience here and will definitely be back

Stopped on the Saturday after their soft opening. I've eaten at the Cupertino Dough Zone before, and honestly, the flavor profile just doesn't click for me. The dishes look great on the table but tend to fall flat on taste. A little surprising they didn't run any opening specials — chain restaurant logic, I assume. What we tried: - XLB (2/5): Missing that deep, umami-rich broth I expect, and the wrappers felt slightly undercooked. - Pan Fried Soup Dumplings (3/5): Could've used more soup inside and a bigger flavor punch. - Dan Dan Noodles (4/5): Genuinely tasty — only docked a point because the noodles were a touch underdone. - Beef Noodle Soup (2/5): Underwhelming broth, the table chili sauce had no heat to speak of, and the beef had too much cartilage. - Chicken & Pork Pan Fried Dumplings (4/5): Solid, but they came out last so we were already pretty full by then. ~~Parking: Tucked between Sports Basement and Trader Joe's, so it's hit or miss depending on when you go. ~~Service: Attentive overall. I did have to flag someone down for the ginger sauce tray to go with the XLB, and oddly the ginger came grated rather than the usual julienned strips. ~~Highlight: The dan dan noodles

The service here is absolutely fantastic! The person over the phone was very friendly and helpful! Providing me with more information about this business! The ambiance is nice and has a great atmosphere! The prices are great and that is one of the best things about this place! Aside from the amount of noodles you get, that is the only thing I feel like is over priced. The taste of the food is delicious!!
